In a abd case, should I listen to the heart at all 4 areas or just mitral or tricuspid?

all 4.. it takes just a few seconds extra they will have on their checklist 4 areas for the heart ausc and if the SP is v anal abt that particular thing... better pass the steth in all 4 places... no biggie if u dont esp if its an abd case, but in my opinion practice with all 4

ps. for lungs it is 2 spots on the chest and 6 on the back right?
