but the satellite phenomenon is only with H.ducreyi.

hi all
but my problem is the diagnostic test. Ducreyi is by gram stain or pcr

here it says a smear of the fluid gives the diagnosis.

kaplan says chlamydia can be isolated from the pus in buboes.

I was thinking A bcs of the dc method and the systemic symtoms.
