Every time I visit this forum, it is so I can find something useful that would help me in the near future. And every time I see some new rumour that tells us of bad changes in the future and this invariably gets my blood pressure high. I end up being worried instead of finding anything useful or constructive, so no more visiting this forum in the future, it's a waste of time.

There are some true losers here trying to poison everybody's mind with their ridiculous rumours, I have had enough, I need to relax.

I can understand the frustration and anxiety that comments posted here can induce. Try and be a passive observer for a few days. Just let the comments flow by without judgement or comment. Once you find something that piques you can cross check your interpretation of the facts your efforts.
