2 is B, and 1 the diagnosis is superficial thromboplebitis, there is a clot in the lower extremities u need E sub. heparin to lyse the clot

why the superficial thrombophlebits happened here?is that because of using ocp that ic causing forming a clot?
can someone expalin patophysiology of this ?

hmmm, i chose B and got it wrong, i know its superficial thrombophlebitis from the location and most prob saphenous vein is involved, which is a superficial vein...i guess its A then
