Hi I have prematched in Jan and signed letter of offer. PC told me that they will get in touch with me. There is any other requirement to fullfill before 22 feb or just waite till match when they will start paper work. Please let me know if anything else.

which program is this?? If you require visa it is better to start paper work asap to avoid any delays..if not then the program will probably contact you after match..however it is best to ask the PC abt this..

if you have signed the letter of offer then you are both legally bound in a contract. they may not be any other thing at this time. Dont forget to withdraw from NRMP. Get in touch with PC or GME regarding visa paperwork. They mat start on you early or they may ask you to wait till match results are declared to do batch processing of documents for residents (including yours).
