if the baby had gbs and was treated then you need to give antibiotics in the following pregnancy.

If the first pregnancy was complicated with NEONATAL SEPSIS, antibiotics is indicated in the second pregnancy. If the patient has a history of GBS infection in her first pregnancy, she should have culture first at 37 weeks, if positive give antibiotic |
