If a patient has had GBS infection on a first pregnancy, should we give her ATB en the second pregnancy? yes or no

give iv ampicillin at least 4 hours before delivery.

if the baby had gbs and was treated then you need to give antibiotics in the following pregnancy.

Sorry fireice... but the answer is NO...
If the first pregnancy was complicated with NEONATAL SEPSIS, antibiotics is indicated in the second pregnancy.
If the patient has a history of GBS infection in her first pregnancy, she should have culture first at 37 weeks, if positive give antibiotic
