how can a good wish not be secular.
it just means wishing for everyone to have something to be happy about on christmas

festivals are meant to bring people together not to send them diff ways.

Uzma,"happy holidays" is anything you want but secular....
First emigrants that arrived in USA where all celebrating Christmas as a major celebration.(they were spanish,britts,french...
This in time fade away cause their did not teach their children how to keep this celebration in their soul.
Basically they teach them when they are hungry to go to mac and buy somethin,and when they re thirsty to dring some coke(some start sniffin it,but it s ok)
So if you call secular the period of time since you got born,you must be very old,and yet living in a different world,or you make a big confusion,couple of decades being everything else but secular...
If you have a different religion,that s ok,but learn that absolutism is not the answer,cause it looks like you re ignoring other religious and not only important celebrations...
Did you heard about this word"sharing"
Share something and that emptiness that you feel from time to time,that lack of desire and of interest,will go away...
