are you writing from Bangladesh? I hoe you are not suicidal. Are you?

I could not find any numbers for Bangladesh, but you can possibly call an emergency number if you are feeling like killing yourself, or go talk to someone, a clergy, sister, brother, a friend, a doctor...go to a clinic...now, please... write me please if you feel like killing yourself.

I know it is not easy to discuss this but the alternative is not good....

I met a guy (a patient) yesterday who hanged himself and was saved by someone. he is so sick now because of his injuries and he is also so happy to be ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He says he will never do that again...I cried with him all day....so young..has so much potential, so much to live for....it is never so bad...please...dont loose hope...
