Applying to programs using SOAP - fmg.86

hey guys...
unfortunately i didnt match like so many others...
i am trying to send my applications via soap, and i am having trouble sending applications to those programs, which were selected during our Sep 1st program package..

ex - St. Joseph;s hospital in Arizona was one of my choices during sep 1 st. As i didnot match, If i want to send my application again, via SOAP. but iam unable to do so... can anyone tell me why?

there is tab called reapply to programs.. click on that, u ll find all the progs where u applied earlier.. the programs which r participating in SOAP ll ve an empty box in front of them... just click on that...
