Reapply through SOAP - sam_resimatch

Can one apply through soap to programs again one has applied before match result?
I want to but I cannot through eras? is any other way let me know.

I do reapply for 5 programs through SOAP.
they have reapply button

those programs are not in the SOAP list

r u sure? u may want to check your email. Those not in SOAP will be removed.
