After we applied to the SOAP programs, are we allowed to contact programs via emails or phone OR we have to wait until they contact us ?

"You can initiate contact with unfilled programs ONLY through ERAS. You cannot use phone, fax, email, or other services to contact unfilled programs, and you cannot have another individual or entity contact programs on your behalf until programs have initiated contact with you."
wait for contact from programs and/or contact those who have already initiated contact with you |
