SOAP is a SHAM............. - disillusioned

Fellas. Ill confess. I called each & every single program I applied even if it meant being reported. (I wish they did which would have meant that Ill just give up applying next time but no one did)

3-4 PC said they'll have a look into it without any use as I haven't received any call yet. 4-5 said I dont qualify coz of my YOG. BUT MOST WERE ALREADY FILLED UP. WHICH MEANS THAT SOAP IS A SHAM.

There were bunch of programs I was applying yesterday to, were already filled as shown on ERAS.
It would say" The program is not available".
