IMG from India 2010 grad, step 1,2 -229,229. CS- pass 1st attempt,

applied for 142 IM program with ECFMG certified and 2 US Lor, with 8wk of hands on clinical externship,no publication or research

But not even one IV...........

Shd i still give one more attempt

You got nice numbers.. When did you apply?
142 programs doesn't matter if 140 of them are highly competitive/doesnt fit your profile.

Do you need visa? Did you apply to community programs?

I know people with less scores that got matched/prematched/unmatched with like 10 or more interviews..

How good is your personal statement?

You should still pursue for IM residency unless there is some problem thats preventing you to apply
