my eligible period soon finished .... I want to extend for 2nd time. I need to reapply for this time. I want to know how I can reapply... I went to IWA web site and tried to fill the form, it was not accepted cuz I applied already .. plz help me

You must reapply for the exam. You have to wait until the end of your eligibility, and I believe you have to wait an additional 2 weeks before you can reapply again. Good luck!
