Generally speaking, what specialties are easier to get into for IMGs in order of easiness. Is it

peads > family med > psychiatry > internal medicine > pathology > surgery > emergency med > anesthesia?

The easiest one is the one that fits your CV.
Calculate your chances by looking at the nrmp 2012 results, just to get an idea where IMGs matched.

I agree with redcat, IMGs can enter in any IMG friendly program that your creds suits the required specialty level. On the applicantguide residency website you can find all the specialties IMG friendly lists.
