What about the abdominal pain and the vaguely description of symptoms?
I also know that depressive px wake up early morning but he sleeps a lot...

Depression can be with lack of sleep or excesive sleep....that si why is in the questions...they want you to be aware of that!

The physical examination is negative and the synmptoms does not match any syndromic pattern....
