I am old graduate 2005. and i am ecfmg certified too. i didnt match in past so i persuaded my pg in india. now i am done with my PG in pediatrics. my score are 85 , 92 but there are attemps too. i got 4 publication , 3 mnth observership, research experience in india.
wt are my chaces if i apply this yr. shd i apply or its game over for me

No harm trying. Obviously your attempts and YOG are negatives but your experience may help, worth a shot but be aware of the competition.
Also try for US experience.
