2. D. IP3 You have to get this really clear, under G protein section, alpha, M1, M3, H1, V1 receptors---->(Gq) phospholipase C--IP3--increase Ca release,
or:-----------> (Gq) DAG--protein kinase C.

Review G protein section, you will be tested on this area for sure.
