Please help...regarding scramble - dr99251

Hi. My ROL has 14 ranks. I am going for general surgery and I know that it is competitve. I am in my country right now and I will be here until march 14th and I am worried because if I don't match I won't get back to the USA in time for scramble. What do you think my chances of matching? Should I be worried?

just says how strong you are as a candidate. Do you have to be in US in order to scramble? You can do ERAS, FAX, phone call with all international long distance!
