Is it better to go for premium processing if I file for h1 in 1st week of march ?

absolutely. you have ur visa within 10-15 days. some say that it doesn't take more than a week. GL!

Jyotsna, From which consulate will you be applying for the H1. Vfs says earliest date available in Mumbai is first week of August.
