Hi! I'm just curious. My husband is currently taking his masters in public health and is one exam away from being ECFMG certified. He enjoys what he is doing (PrevMed) and we just recently came across a site that described Preventive Medicine Residency. Anyone in this forum apply for this program?

BTW, Good luck in the match! I have a long way to go (Just started reviewing for step 1)... I hope everyone gets what they want!

almost all programs require a completion of PGY1 year before you can join them.

All I know is that preventice medicine has good scope..........particularly in biostatistics and epidemiology.
