i dont need to help you out leor you are right it is E all of the above. hypocalcemia is associated with prolonged QT, and is aggravated by hypomagnesemia and alkalosis,the myocardium is very sensitive to calcium,therefore in its absence the efficency of myocardium decreases

Ok I would go for E as well. Why?
Because hypocalcemia does cause Prolongation of QT interval (tosades de pointes)
and Hypocalcemia also due to Hypomagnesiun since PTH need Mg to function correctly and to be secreted by the parathyroid gland.
And in addtion Myocardial depression.
