De Novo Mutation is a new mutation,it can affect somatic cells and germline cells(gonads) in case if it is a gonad,the offspring will carry the mutated gene and if it is a somatic cell -it will result in malignancy.
Germline mosaicism is a mautation of germline cells,but there are cells with normal genes and cells with mutation,offspring outcome is unpredictable.
