Your post is motivating, I have an avarage of 67% UW first read and I had 210 NBME 15, I don't know what happened with me, now I feel blocked. I have the test in 6 day, I'm crazy and worried!!!!

NBME 15- 235 , is this a cbssa score or the equivalent step 1 3 digit usmle ?

I found it in a different way :

spec = TN/ (TN+FP)
FP=400-TN

Spec=.80=TN/[TN+(400-TN)]
.8TN+320-.8TN=TN
TN=320
FP=400-320=80
FP=80

hope I didn't take the long way ...
