Step 3 exam now before match day? - victor11

I am in a bit of a dilemma, because of the interview travels and work, I am yet to write my step 3 exams. I took uworld test and my predicted score was 190- which is barely a pass. I have my exam scheduled for next week. do you think it is worth it sitting for the exam, or do I just wait and write my exam .. but my result will be out after matchday and I might not be stuck with a J1.
Advice/opinions pls.

It is important to pass your step3, so you may as well postphone your exam date by 10 days or so & put in more time on your prepration.

Do you need an H1B visa? If yes, then even if you give your exam by the 23 Feb, your result will be out by match day.

If you do not require H1B visa then take more time to prepare for your exam. GL
