If UPMC( mercy) is a university program/ branch of UPMC) I go for that, if it is affiliated hospital to UPMC, I will choose university of oaklahoma.

University of Oklahoma is the real university program; UPMC (Mercy) is not the real university program. They have Mercy, McKeesport, and Shadyside which are just affiliates. Pittsburgh is pretty shitty place to live in to, lots of crime there; Oklahoma city not much better because well its Oklahoma, but weather is a little better.

Finally, what is ure long term goal fellowship or hospitalist?
