Please create jobs for ECFMG certified foreign medical
graduates.

I would like to file a petition on behalf of all foreign medical graduates
who have passed US licensing exams to practice medicine and are Ecfmg
certified but still are jobless. Please create jobs for us that if we
don't get residency we could still work in relevant field.

Seeing this for the third time with no further planning. I'll just go ahead and create a petition for "free healthcare for everyone in the US. No more insurance, no more deciding between going financially bankrupt or receiving treatment for a life threatening condition"
