Hello friends,
We are 2 persons from India and looking for 1BHK near University of Texas TMC area, from April 1 to June 30,2014 for 3 months duration initially. The house/apt must be in high secure area and environment should be neat and clean along with 1BHK.
Need to have kitchen with utensils, microwave and fridge, tv and cable along with high speed internet, 1bed,table, chairs, bug free, laundry and gym facility, parking and pool is optional but good if any facility.
We prefer apartments for short term sublease but secure independent house is also considered.please help me if you find any similar apts near TMC
