Hi guys, I just took the NBME4 and scored pretty well. but I just can't figure this out.
Block 3 question 12. How do u guys think about the rash? Is it tinea versicolor or any other fungal infection?

And also Block 4 question 2.
This woman certainly has mitral stenosis. But why her dyspnea is due to pulmonary congestion if her lung is clear on auscultation ?
