Physiologic discharge

27.
An otherwise healthy 40-year-old woman comes to the physician after noting a few drops of yellow discharge from her left nipple while performing a breast self-examination 4 days ago. Fluid can be expressed when she squeezes her nipple, but there is no spontaneous discharge. Breast examination shows no masses, and mammography shows no masses or calcifications

Are you sure it is physiologic ? Physiologic cannot be unilateral and yellow, it points more towards intraductal papilloma more than physiologic also mammogram can be normal in papilloma. Ductal ectasia is another thing can show exactly same clinical features. Nbme is weird I hope real exam is not made up of these weird questions.
