experience-- residency in home country
PhD + postdoc in this country total of 8 years--all in divisions of internal medicine
LOR all American MDs-- very strong letter

pls help evaluate my chance, I am interested in IM only.
selected 200 program, maybe need to cut to 100?

200 IM? Trust me, you are wasting your money. You don't need to apply 200 programs to match & most importantly, I'm sure you can't find up to 200 programs that allow greater than 5 yrs post grad

100 is more realistic. ......as per your chance, it's all or none!
You have a very good chance of matching & also, probably will not match.
Just be optimistic. .....you have done your best so far, pray for an interview & go sell your self.

-What are your Attempt for exam ( first attempt or several attempts)
-Make sure you have wave your right for all your LOR it will increase your chances
-Select program as possible as you can that is what i have bee doing that is the only way you ---might have several interview to sell yourself and then may increase your chances for MATCH

I am 14 yrs out of school with poor score and several attempt. I am hanging there.
I will like to sell myself and i am still working on my speaking English
