Since so many are reporting that the CK questions are longer, try to have at least 2 minutes left when you do timed UWorld questions.
Next step in management, we know that in the real world often times management is concomitant and procedures, treatment, and diagnostics may overlap in time. However, train your mind to answer the question in accordance with what you SHOULD BE THINKING of... And remember, to choose one answer is to say that the other is not right.
Lastly, just be watchful when mention race, non-compliance, and patients who are seemingly poor contributors to society. They want you to see if you're going to pre-judge or judge the patient in a way that compromises the integrity of the care that you render.
