This is a little vague because I don't remember the exact question.

Basically, a 12 month old is able to stand up on his own (he can pull to a stand on his own), but falls back down without taking any steps. they ask what is the next best step in management?

Was it reassurance or something else? According to the milestones, a 12 month old should be able to walk alone but I remember thinking the other answer choices might not be correct since the rest of his examination was normal.

Can anyone provide the actual question and answer? Or just the answer? Thanks!

I would say def. reassurance, granted the rest is normal. It is normal for 12 months old to stand on his own and not to walk. Babies just start making first steps at 12 months.
