how expensive is it? I did not understand the exact fee structure of this program. Has any one got trained here and have LOR's please highlight.

I haven't done the externship there but it is pretty much clear on their website that there is $200 application fee that is non refundable and then you have to pay $3000 for 3 months externship period. You will have to pay it in two installments. $1500 1 week before starting and $1500 in the 1st week of starting it. And at the end you will get a LOR from the supervising physician whom you were working with. I hope it will help.
