A 55 y/o F presents complain of pain in her face and shoulder. She has been smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day for almost 30 years. PE reveals falling of the left upper eyelid, constriction of her left pupil, and lack of sweating on the left side of his face. No other neurologic abnormalities are found.


Pat most likely has

b)A small cell carcinoma involving the hilum of his left lung
c)A squamous cell carcinoma involving the left mainstem bronchus

should be e . its horner syndrome in a smoker so adenocarcinoma thats near T1 sympathetic part .
