What do family physicians do after completion of residency? specialization? fellowship?

Most people go to practice after residency. I have seen that the most common fellowship option for them is geriatrics

OB, sports medicine, Urgent care, Geriatrics, and a few other ones. I'd be interested in urgent, and OB.

but yeh, most of them just start practicing for a group owned practice or a hospital owned practice.

Thank you . It makes family med sound exciting. Lifestyle and hours are good too.
