Is it easier to get into residency if I do PA program first and get experience. I am an IMG with multiple attempts and at this point I want to know if it's possible. has anyone been successful at this?

In general, PA programs are becoming more and more popular- therefore competitive, and it trains you to be a PA, not a physician. It is a good career for many. It totally depends on your circumstances if it's a good idea. I'm happy to chat with you about this. my skype is alexander0445.

most PA programs cost 100k loans, it is lot of loan??
