guys wat things are u learning as you complete IV's this season
personally i'm
1. asking the interns and helpful residents email
2.researching the pt population of hosp
3.writing the info residents present about call schedule etc
4. sending thank you letters

1-3 above will not help you and is irrelevant.
You should research the program including patients demography b4 you show up for the interview. Ask relevant educated questions.
Asking questions about pt population, call schedule, leisure etc at interviews does not make you sound interligent or stand out

i agree with ogbuefi......i dont really know about asking residents for emails so i wont give input on that, but for sure you should research all about the program and patient population BEFORE the interview so it shows them you know what youre getting into before the interview, you did your homework, etc. Keeping notes during interview is important though because after the interview you may forget key points that you would utilize when deciding how to rank programs.

i asked for things you learned to remember as you did IV's.
i got interns residents emails just so i could ask them detail program questions i did not ask during the iv day. so it helped me
