Systemic signs are common bw TEN & SJN,but what is different is the body surface area involvement

in SJS 30 % of BSA

sorry, you cannot use greater or lesser sign in this forum it seems

in SJS there is less than 10% of BSA involvement
in TEN there will be more than 30% of BSA involvement

well my q was diff bwt TEN & staphylococcal scalded-skin syndrome

staphylococcal scalded-skin syndrome: ( toxin mediated)infectious eltiology usually in children< 6
TEN seen in adults usually due to a drug reaction

Exotoxin destroys keratinocyte attachments in the stratum granulosum only (vs. toxic epidermal necrolysis, which destroys the epidermal-dermal junction)

beside this any other points ?
