C,CT of the adrenal glands after the biochemical tests.If unilateral adenoma resection by laparoscopy,if bilateral then we give spironolactone

my exam is coming up soon,but I don't know if I will ever feel ready
I have mainly focused on uworld & mtb,nothing fancy Smile

This is Conn's syndrome, right? Hx of hypokalemia, with metabolic alkalosis, with abnormal renin to aldosterone ratio? I'm not understanding the high salt intake. Are you supposed to deduce that after high salt intake for 3 days that should lower aldosterone secretion, but with this question it stays elevated?
