to who you guys are writing letter of interest, PD or program co-coordinator? Please tell .....thanks.

I reads that:
Jan 31 is "Quota Change/Withdrawal Deadline for programs at 11:59 p.m. ET"
Feb 25 is "Rank order list deadline"

I had interview on Feb 2 and the PD said they extend interviews until Feb 15th. The program participate in NRMP.

Guys what really confused me is the PC of the program that I am rotating at; she said specifically that they submitted their list a week before January 31..

@nano1 some programs submit lists earlier than others, especially if they finished off early and there are less seats. the deadline is feb 25 but it can be submitted anytime before that as soon as ROLs are open.

write it now. summarize a few points about why you like the program, why its a good fit for you, what you can contribute, etc. and if you plan to rank it #1 then you can let them know that.

Every program does their rank order list at different times. Some complete them in January others February.
