Hi,
I am a little confused about this.. should we rank Programs we did not interview at? to fill out first 20 spots of the ROL.

Really though? What prospects do you have of getting a job that you did not interview for? Answer is No.

... And this is why on the charting outcomes of the match we see people with 20+ contiguous ranks going unmatched...

I don't understand why this question is repeatedly asked over and over. This alters match data.
