new programs vs established ones - shane08

Hi, I am a bit confused ranking these 3 programs, need some inputs. This is how I might rank them. Pls suggest
Grand strand - very good teaching hospital, good location. concerns- new, ?sufficient patient load ? large geriatric population?
Brandon Regional - large, busy hospital, location good. Concerns- new, teaching (insufficient teaching staff?)
Guthrie - well established one, good teaching hospital. Concerns- location (middle of nowhere)

I believe the issues are the same with Grand Strand and Brandon. Both are new with no history.
Guthrie is a decent program, but it is nowhere. Other than location, I would go with Guthrie, Grand Strand, and Brandon.

Also, the patient load at Grand Strand should be fine.

I would do Guthrie, Grand Strand and then Brandon also.
