What is EXTERNAL SHIP? Where are you traveling by this ship? How much is the fare?

They put you in a clinic. You can get a LOR from the physician. Don't pay so much to work in a clinic. You can work at a clinic for free.
I paid them and regret it. Use any contacts to get you an externship at a clinic. You can do it for free. Trust me.
