Hi friends,
Am fortunate to match this year at Chicago and my hospital also sponsers a H1 visa. Am currently on a B1/B2 visa and when I got this visa my application was subjected to administrative processing under section 221 (g). I just wanna know if someone has an idea that whether my application for h1 would be subjected to the same processing too?
