I got it right is not within my wrongs but not remember exactly mu answ, but as CI invludes 1, does not have signific, thus maybe I choosed D

it WILL be statistically significant if CI for RR includes 1 (null hypothesis not rejected)

if CL includes 1 it will NOT be significant. so yes ans is D i think

CI crosses 1 for RR (so, b and c out)
for choice d -- there is nothing in the q stating that these procedures are dangerous, etc...
