J1 Waiver Jobs? - marq

I was wondering how rural those areas are... Are those hospitals way behind times or it's just the area that is rural? Has anyone been to such an area? Does anyone know any details about those jobs?

There are much more residency opportunities with J1 rather than H1 visa so I guess this option deserves at least a consideration...
