is question 1 sepsis. They had a UTI and thus that could cause the infection. There is hypotension, increased temp and inc leukocytes. So SVR?

second question I feel it's the herniated disc, if I remember rightly C5 and C6 are the biceps reflex innervation.

so for sepsis, you ned only 2 out of the 4 criteria. One thing i have learned in the past is to look at the bigger picture. If it looks like it, it mostly is that. lol
BUt, this person has 2 positive, the BP and the WBC so sepsis
