chances in Ophthalmology fellowship for IMG - drujpj

Hello folks, I am an IMG from India completed M.S. Ophthalmology in 2015 july. YOG: 2010 Had 218 score in step 1 given in 2011. Jut gave CS & awaiting CS results . Yet to give CK. What are my chances for getting fellowship here & can someone tell me whcih are IMG friendly universities. Also looking for observerships or research in US. Thanks in advance.
