#1
Hello Dear all,

My credentials;
Step1: 239, Step2: 227, CS: Pass, YOG: 2010, 12 publications, many posters and a book chapter, 3 months USCE, 3 months observership in the big names (Mayo clinic, Cedar Sinai, UCSD), 4 US LoRs, J1 visa.
I applied for 180 IM programs last year but I only got 3 IVs. this year I've added 3 months USCE and 3 months observership to my CV.
What else can I do to improve my application ?

Any suggestion is highly appreciated .
Thanks

apply to more programs, last year I applied to the total of 435 programs including peds, FM and IM, mostly IM about 370. I got 15 interviews and I have almost the same scores as yours.
try applying to underserved/undeveloped cities/states like Missouri, Michigan, Tennessee
